Today we are going to talk about oxidation, a chemical reaction.

We can see oxidation every day, for example when you cut a fruit an let it on the table it sometimes get brown, this brown is caused by oxidation. Or when a metal is exposed to water, the oxygen that water has (H₂O), oxidate the metal.

We already know about oxidation, let's go through fermentation.

Meanwhile, in the oxidation, the elements are responsible for the chemical reaction; in the fermentation, this chemical reaction is produced by microorganisms.

The most typical examples are the change from milk into cheese or the yeast (levadura) use to create bread.
